$35 per hour, per cleaner. Two cleaners cost $70 per hour. For example, 3 cleaner-hours cost $105, whether that’s one cleaner for 3 hours or two cleaners for 1.5 hours.
Nothing is charged here. You’ll receive an invoice after your clean.

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Wellnest Cleaning carries liability insurance and is bonded.
Do I need to be home?
It’s up to you. Many clients are at work while we clean and arrange access ahead of time. We’ll talk through the details before your appointment.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring the supplies needed for your clean. If you prefer specific products in your home, just let us know in advance. Airbnb owners provide linens and restocking supplies.
How does the hourly rate work?
The rate is $35 per hour for each cleaner. A two-person team costs $70 per hour and can complete the same total cleaner-hours in less time on site. For example, three cleaner-hours cost $105: one cleaner for three hours, or two cleaners for one and a half hours. Final time depends on your home and scope.
How do payment and scheduling work?
Nothing is charged when you request a quote. We confirm your clean first, and send an invoice after the appointment with the available payment options. Need to reschedule? Get in touch as early as possible.
